Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy: Notice Requirement: To cancel a scheduled training session, participants must provide at least 24 hours' notice. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will forfeit 100% of the session. Emergency Cancellations: In the case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. We will evaluate each situation on a case-by-case basis. 2. Rescheduling Policy: Rescheduling Notice: To reschedule a training session, participants must logon to the website at least 24 hours' prior to their session before the system revokes the ability to do so. Limited Reschedules: Participants are allowed to reschedule a training session up to two times without penalty. 3. No-Show Policy: No-Show Charges: If a participant fails to attend a scheduled training session without prior notice, the session will be considered a no-show, and the participant will forfeit this session. 4. Refund Policy: Refunds: All fees paid for training sessions are non-refundable unless canceled by GRIT Soccer Lab. In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or credit toward future training. 5. Weather-Related Cancellations: Inclement Weather: In the event of inclement weather or unsafe conditions, GRIT Soccer Lab reserves the right to cancel training sessions. Participants will be notified as soon as possible and can reschedule their session without penalty. 6.
